At the conclusion of a highly decorated playing career as a QB in Texas, Warren McCarty spent 11 seasons in Pro Football. McCarty served in a variety of roles as a coach, scout, and in front office management. In addition to serving on the Arena Football League Board of Directors, McCarty evaluated players at all professional levels including the NFL, NFL Europe, CFL, AFL, and af2. 

After leaving Pro Football in 2008, McCarty launched MY PASSION IS FOOTBALL RADIO, hosting the show on ESPN for 6 years. He continues to serve as a guest analyst for various shows on ESPN and CBS Sports Radio.

 

In addition to training QB's and athletes and serving families with recruiting, Coach McCarty represents 26 NFL and College Coaches with his agency, Warrior Coaching Management. With Warrior Consulting he advises NCAA Division 1 and FCS Athletic Directors and Head Coaches. He also is the Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Warrior 7v7. He and his wife Amanda have 6 children and reside in Colorado.
